This full-time day-shift Materials Purchasing Coordinator supports purchasing and materials management. The work includes purchase orders, pricing, delivery timelines, ERP records, and inventory checks. Collaboration spans Production, Quality, R&D;, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Purchase ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect supplies
- Manage orders, pricing, suppliers, and delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory and complete cycle counts
- Resolve supplier shortages, delays, and quality issues
- Maintain accurate ERP purchasing information

Requirements:

- Three to five years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Food manufacturing or CPG experience is an asset
- ERP and Microsoft Office experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Supply Chain, Business, or related diploma or degree preferred
