Serve Toronto clients as a Personal Insurance Advisor using needs assessment, policy service, and customer-focused communication. This permanent full-time position is office-based.

BrokerLink seeks a Personal Insurance Advisor for its Toronto, Ontario office. You will advise clients on insurance matters, recommend solutions, sell policies, and retain existing business. The work includes renewals, documentation, underwriting contacts, and account receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service ongoing client needs and answer insurance inquiries
- Conduct needs assessments, care calls, and policy renewals
- Sell new policies and retain existing business
- Prepare insurer documentation and issue insurance certificates
- Process changes, receivables, and renewal reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
- RIBO License is an asset
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Solid customer focus and communication skills
- Analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities
