Manage adverse event reporting for Sentrex Health Solutions in Markham, using pharmacovigilance expertise and Health Canada requirements in a hybrid schedule.

This full time Pharmacovigilance Associate supports the QA and PV department from Markham, working Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm EST. The position manages adverse events, product complaints, and pharmacovigilance information for manufacturers and patient assistance programs. It also supports Quality Management System administration and GxP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, process, triage, and report adverse event cases
- Submit reportable adverse events under Health Canada regulations
- Maintain accurate pharmacovigilance records and audit-ready archives
- Review Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions




- Support QMS administration, training, and case reconciliation

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in pharmacovigilance or relevant industry experience
- Three-plus years in pharmaceutical environments involving Health Canada GxP processes
- Understanding of Health Canada GVP regulations
- Microsoft Suite proficiency and database experience
- Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and communication skills
