The Program Management Career Accelerated Program develops recently graduated or soon-to-graduate candidates within Bombardier’s Program Management Office. Across four six-month rotations, you will gain exposure to aircraft completions, green aircraft, new product development, customer requests, core PMO, or defense activities. The program is full time and permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support aircraft completion program priorities and coordination
- Contribute to new product development planning and execution
- Coordinate customer-driven changes and cross-functional deliverables
- Build experience in PMO processes,



tools, or budget management
- Support defense-related program coordination and delivery priorities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
- Graduation recently or by April 2027
- Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong English and French verbal and written communication
- Eligibility to work in Canada and travel internationally
