The Health Care Aide at Gimli Health Centre works under the direction of the Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse to meet residents' personal care needs. This part-time, indefinite-term role requires commitment to compassionate, culturally secure care within a dynamic team.

With shifts scheduled days and evenings, the position operates under the Interlake–Eastern Regional Health Authority and follows the applicable collective agreement wages and policies.
