The Assembly Lab Coordinator leads day-to-day workflow alongside the Optical Assembly Supervisor and Operations Manager. This manufacturing role coordinates production priorities, supports employees, and remains actively involved in assembly activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate assembly activities against production schedules and priorities
- Allocate work according to skills, workload, materials, and requirements
- Monitor build progress and address workflow constraints
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and system-level assembly
- Support testing,



inspection, training, and shipment preparation

Requirements:

- Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, or industrial equipment
- Experience coordinating manufacturing or production teams
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation
- ERP and Microsoft Office experience; Syspro is an asset
