This is a hands-on systems role where you help technology succeed in the real world, not a traditional help desk role.What You Will DoOwn complex technical investigations through to solutionWork directly with system integrators, partners, and occasional end customersTroubleshoot across networking, video, cloud, and hardware layersBuild and maintain lab environments that reflect real deployment scenariosCreate high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, deployment playbooks, and occasional short instructional videosAutomate or script solutions for recurring technical patternsParticipate in integration and release testing to validate product behaviorServe as the voice of the field, providing insight to Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOpsThis role blends technical investigation, documentation excellence, lab work, systems integration, and customer enablement.Who You Are5 or more years in a technical support, systems, integration, or solutions roleStrong troubleshooting ability across software, networking,
