Support hotel and venue sourcing remotely with Salesforce tracking, client service, and organized coordination for Strategic Site Selection.

The Client Services Coordinator supports Key Account Managers throughout the site selection process. You will assist sales-cycle activities, create RFPs, summarize hotel proposals, research destinations using Cvent, and maintain client information. The role also contributes to site inspections, contracts, supplier communication, and House Account Team resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Key Account Managers and optimize team procedures
• Track tasks, referrals, pickup, and Salesforce data
• Create RFPs and summarize hotel proposals accurately

• Respond professionally to supplier and client inquiries

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Two or more years in meetings, events, or hotels
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Robust organization, detail, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
