As a seasonal Customer Experience Representative at Indigo, you will support daily operations, maintain stock levels, and create visually appealing displays. This role emphasizes adaptability and customer interaction, allowing you to connect deeply with our community while promoting the love for books and ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage product returns
• Create stimulating merchandising displays for customers
• Engage with customers and share inspiring product stories
• Contribute to a warm and welcoming environment
• Ensure safety and health standards for staff and customers
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or a related setting preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
• Strong commitment to customer and employee experience
• Bilingualism is required in Québec; other languages an asset
