Support SCADA and PLC environments as a Field Operational Technology Technician serving industrial clients throughout the Grande Prairie region. Work independently at remote sites across industrial facilities.

This experienced technician supports Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems environments. Responsibilities include maintaining SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, industrial networks, telecommunications, and supporting IT infrastructure. The work supports operational reliability, safety, and productivity across oil and gas, pipeline, energy, utility, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support SCADA and PLC systems
- Diagnose OT hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support upgrades, patching, migrations, and deployments
- Configure industrial switches, firewalls, wireless, VPNs,



and cellular communications
- Perform installations, cabling, testing, commissioning, and break/fix support

Requirements:

- Minimum five-plus years in OT, industrial networking, or industrial IT
- Experience supporting SCADA and industrial control systems
- Experience with remote-site operations and field-support activities
- Knowledge of PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and industrial communications
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with acceptable driver abstract
