Job Reports to: Director of Children's ServicesSalary: $40.10 - $50.14SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Director of Children’s Services, participates in financial activities within the department in accordance with related legislation, CDSB policies and procedures and CDSB Vision & Values.The ideal candidate demonstrates a robust work ethic, the ability to work under pressure, to adhere to deadlines and to handle multiple tasks. The candidate must have the ability to embrace a team environment with a willingness to support team members. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities and reporting requirements and works very closely with the Finance department. The Children’s Services Finance Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties and broad range of responsibilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITIONAnalyze, interpret, and apply Ministry guidelinesCalculate service provider funding amounts for annual operating service contractsReview monthly attendance-based service provider funding amountsSupervise and review daily and monthly OCCMS fee subsidy service provider
