Parsons is actively seeking a Program Director with experience leading Roadways/Highways design-build projects for the Ministry of Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Highway Lead to grow our business in the GTA. A candidate with hands‑on project management experience for at least three to five large Ministry of Transportation (MTO) detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects can shape this position and the group to a model they know is successful. In this role, you will oversee and manage the overall civil design team on both conventional and design/build projects for MTO highway programs and play a key role in growing our business with the MTO. Supported by a strong design team, the Regional Highway Lead will manage design projects upon award.

Required Skills You'll Bring

- University degree in Engineering (or related field)
- P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) designation required
- 15+ years of experience delivering major/significant MTO projects




- Hands‑on project management experience for 3 to 5 large MTO detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects
- Proven background of leading multidisciplinary design teams on challenging, high‑profile projects
- Project management experience for MTO Environmental Assessment and preliminary design projects preferred

Salary Range: $152,400 - $202,400
