The successful candidate will be supporting people with various activities including, but not limited to:Supporting individuals to find and retain paid employmentTeaching life skills aligned with personal and employment goalsSupporting individuals to run their own social enterprisesSupporting and encouraging independence and self-determinationRecreational and leisure activities such as swimming, hiking and many moreFacilitating community inclusion and relationship buildingTeaching and facilitating effective communicationWhat you bring to the job:Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilitiesA class 5 driver’s license (willing to obtain a class 4 license)
