As a Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, you will partner with Payments Business, Operations, and technology stakeholders. You will analyze processes, document requirements, and support solution design for payment application upgrades, regulatory releases, and Payments Canada initiatives. Your work will address delivery, testing, risk, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Develop functional, non-functional, use case, and data mapping documents
- Validate solution designs against scope and requirements
- Support SWIFT, ISO 20022,



and Payments Canada changes
- Identify risks, control gaps, and compliance impacts

Requirements:

- Ten or more years in progressively senior business systems analysis roles
- Experience leading projects and eliciting requirements
- Solid documentation, data analysis, and gap analysis abilities
- Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SWIFT, wire payments, RTGS, or ISO 20022
