Lead EF accommodation operations for international students through people leadership, host family management, and customer-focused housing support. This full-time on-site position includes peak-period weekend and after-hours support.

Reporting to the Director of Student Services, the Housing Manager leads Housing Coordinators, Residence Advisors, and Host Family Recruiters. You will oversee student placements, arrivals, departures, host families, residences, and housing partners. The position suits experienced leaders from student services, hospitality, tourism, accommodation, or related customer-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop Housing team members
- Oversee student accommodation from placement through departure
- Manage residence providers, suppliers, safety, capacity, and satisfaction
- Recruit, onboard,



retain, and support host families
- Resolve housing concerns, conflicts, and sensitive welfare situations

Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in a relevant customer-focused setting
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong organization, administration, supplier management, and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional English fluency and legal right to work in Canada
