The Waterloo Catholic District School Board seeks a Level 7 Child and Youth Care Worker. Working with school and Board personnel, you will assess student needs, create intervention plans, and deliver individual or small-group programs. Collaboration with community agencies supports student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess students’ social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Create and support appropriate intervention plans
- Deliver bullying prevention and self-esteem programs
- Teach social skills, conflict resolution, and emotion management

Requirements:

- Three-year Child and Youth Care Worker diploma
- Minimum two years of similar work experience
- Experience supporting students with autism or behavioural difficulties
- Experience using data to understand behaviour
