Build and support Lightspeed’s ServiceNow platform with JavaScript, ITSM, and HRSD expertise in a flexible work setting. Develop technical solutions across enterprise workflows and integrations.

As a hands-on ServiceNow Developer, you will configure, develop, and administer development, staging, and production instances. You will support ITSM and HRSD applications while extending platform capabilities through custom development and third-party integrations. The work includes stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, releases, and platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and catalog components
- Design and troubleshoot REST, SOAP, OAuth, and webhook integrations
- Monitor platform health and optimize scripts and flows




- Support ITSM and HRSD workflows and automations
- Manage roles, ACLs, permissions, upgrades, and releases

Requirements:

- Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Strong JavaScript, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax scripting skills
- Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development
- Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow solutions
- Complex troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
