NielsenIQ is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to join its North American legal team in Toronto. You will draft, review, and negotiate licensing, data sharing, and vendor contracts while collaborating with sales, procurement and privacy teams to manage contractual risks.

Requirements include anLL.B. or J.D. and admission to practice in a Canadian province, with about 2–4 years of relevant commercial experience, ideally in tech, data, or market research.
