As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions for underwriter credit acumen, risk tolerance, and policy interpretation. Working with the Manager, Learning Program Design, you will support partners across Canada. Your work will connect learning programs with business priorities, people strategies, and key measures.
