Provincial Credit Union seeks a Supervisor, Member Service for internal applicants. You will oversee Member Service Representatives while supporting staff development, excellent member service, and accurate branch operations. The position requires leadership, communication, risk management knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, and support Member Service Representatives daily
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and annual performance reviews
- Oversee treasury and cash management activities
- Complete reports, audits,



and operational controls accurately
- Communicate policy changes and support their application

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of related financial services experience
- Knowledge of cash and risk management procedures
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and technology adaptability
