As Product Coordinator, T-Link, you will manage supply information, inventory levels, and receiving and shipping activities. The position supports working capital, on-time shipment, and strong relationships across sales, reloads, and mills. You will also identify process enhancements, address product issues, and recommend actionable changes when challenges arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and communicate product supply information
- Manage receiving and shipping across the T-Link network
- Balance and reconcile inventory at T-Link locations




- Process reman and external purchase shipments
- Maintain inbound order files with mills and reloads

Requirements:

- Post-secondary business, forestry, or manufacturing education
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Excel formulas, pivot tables, and lookup experience
- Understanding of accounting and supply chain principles
- Experience with customer relationships and conflict management
