Drive donor stewardship and community engagement at Holy Trinity School through detailed coordination, communications, and relationship building. This role is based at HTS.
The Development and Engagement Coordinator supports annual giving, campaign appeals, donor stewardship, and constituent engagement programs. Reporting to the Development and Engagement Manager, the coordinator serves current and past parents, alumni, volunteers, faculty, staff, and community partners. The work combines prospect research, event coordination, donor recognition, and communications execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify major gift, campaign, and planned giving prospects
- Prepare prospect profiles, briefing dossiers, and relationship maps
- Coordinate Grad Endowment Fund planning and student participation
- Execute donor acknowledgments, impact reports, and recognition calendars
- Coordinate communications, events, sponsorships, and volunteer recognition
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication with solid attention to detail
- Two to four years in relationship building with stakeholders
- Project management and event coordination experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or equivalent database
