You will connect frontline users, business leaders, and technical teams while guiding requirements, solution design, and adoption. The work includes business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements gathering for complex business and technology initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Develop solution concepts, workflows, and process maps

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
