As Sales Coordinator, you will keep opportunities moving and maintain reliable sales information. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will manage ConnectWise records, quotes, and pipeline preparation. The position offers growth toward inside sales for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact active and dormant client accounts daily
- Update owners, stages, values, probabilities, and next steps
- Prepare pipeline dashboards for weekly sales meetings
- Track quote follow-ups and prevent stale proposals
- Deliver weekly sales activity summaries

Requirements:

- Two to three years in sales support or coordination
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA/CRM platforms
- Comfort speaking with clients by phone daily
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Explicit written communication and reporting skills
