Flaman Sales seeks a motivated Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator for Monday-to-Friday work totaling forty hours weekly. You will support customers, technicians, service, parts, internal departments, and rental dealers. The position combines appointment scheduling, service communication, work orders, warranty duties, claims, billing, and documentation. Familiarity with mechanical or agricultural equipment and trailers is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to service inquiries through in-person, phone, email, and Kenect channels
- Advise customers about maintenance and repair progress
- Prepare work orders, invoices, and accurate required paperwork




- Process warranties, transit damage claims, and insurance claims
- Schedule appointments and complete service check-ins

Requirements:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
- Strong organization, communication, time management, and follow-through
- Accountability, reliability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Fluent English and ability to work collaboratively
- Valid Class 5 license, clean abstract, and satisfactory record check
