This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
- Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
- Must be able to drive/have reliable transportation as there is no active transit after 11 pm.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Ability to read and memorize postal codes
- Availability to work versatile shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Warehouse experience - Preferred
- Shift is Monday to Friday. Must be available to work between 10pm-6am
- Hours per day are not guaranteed and will vary based on volumes (3-5 hours per day, sometimes more)
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.15/hr
