Support pharmacy and warehouse teams as Felix’s Human Resources Business Partner, using employee relations expertise in a hybrid Mississauga-based model. Travel to Port Coquitlam according to business needs.

Felix is hiring an HRBP to lead HR support across Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Port Coquitlam, and future sites. You will guide leaders, manage employee relations, apply policies, and partner with recruiters. The role reports to the VP, HR and supports pharmacy and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary HR contact across pharmacy and warehouse teams
- Coach leaders on performance, development, and people decisions
- Manage investigations, conflicts, improvement plans, and terminations




- Implement policies and provincial employment compliance requirements
- Support onboarding, employee data, advantages, and cyclical programs

Requirements:

- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting complex, mixed-workforce scale-up environments
- Knowledge of Ontario and British Columbia employment legislation
- Complex employee relations experience with thorough documentation
- Hands-on HiBob and Ashby or comparable systems experience
