This Recovery Advisor role focuses on personal and commercial property recoveries. You will also handle automobile subrogation and property salvage, supporting claims through investigation, negotiation, settlement, and legal disposition. Property claims experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue subrogation recovery opportunities
- Investigate, quantify, negotiate, and settle recoveries
- Maintain recovery databases and claims financial records
- Maintain reserves and close claims accurately
- Direct counsel and attend legal proceedings when required
Requirements:
- One or more years of property claims handling preferred
- Strong oral, written, and negotiating skills
- Ability to make timely decisions and multitask
- Positive computer and customer service skills
- Guidewire, Xact Analyst, litigation, or CIP enrollment preferred
