Operate forklifts and coordinate warehouse logistics at Outstanding Little Box Company in Mitchell Island, Richmond, during the Monday-to-Friday morning shift.

This Forklift Operator supports the Logistics team through order staging, truck loading, barcode systems, and inventory counting. The position requires three to five years of forklift experience, current Class 1, 4, and 5 certification, and safe operation of electric sit-down counterbalance equipment. High-reach certification is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and stage warehouse orders for fulfillment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Locate products using the barcode system
- Unload production lines and put away products
- Follow forklift safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

- Current Class 1, 4, and 5 forklift certification
- Three to five years of forklift experience
- Effective communication and instruction-following skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
