Install and repair irrigation systems for Central Okanagan Public Schools across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland, and Lake Country. Apply irrigation programming and equipment skills daily.

Reporting to the Director of Operations or designate, this permanent full time position supports irrigation, sprinkler, and grounds maintenance. The work includes interpreting drawings, maintaining documentation, and assisting with varied projects. Work locations may change according to assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Interpret irrigation drawings, landscaping plans, and specifications
- Program systems and adjust watering patterns
- Maintain work orders and as-built documentation




- Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal

Requirements:

- Grade 12 completion and valid BC Driver's License
- Level 1 Irrigation and Cross Connection Control Certificates
- Low Voltage Certificate for irrigation electrical systems
- Three years' commercial underground sprinkler experience
- Small powered equipment experience, including bobcat attachments
