At LendDirect, part of Attain Finance, you will support new and existing customers through consumer finance services. The full-time position combines loan guidance, sales conversations, inbound and outbound calls, and delinquency support. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring help you build confidence while following regulatory guidelines and company policies. Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide recent and existing customers through the loan process
