Honeywell is seeking a Customer Support Management Skilled to lead service operations from Lachine, QC or Burnaby, BC on a hybrid basis. You will drive SPOT growth, supervise quotes, delivery, billing and reporting for Reactive Quoted Work, and collaborate with Field Service, Sales and billing teams to improve customer outcomes.

You will manage quotes lifecycle, schedule, procurement, and data quality in Salesforce and CPQ, while promoting CPQ adoption and digitization initiatives.
