Drive CIL paint sales remotely across Vancouver, British Columbia, using retail partnerships, industry expertise, and customer engagement.

As Territory Manager, you will support Home Depot Canada stores throughout the Vancouver area. Build relationships with store associates, DIY customers, professional contractors, and other CIL end-users. Analyze territory performance in Salesforce, develop growth plans, and report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Home Depot management teams and associates
- Analyze sales reports and adjust strategic growth plans
- Deliver DIY and Qualified product training
- Support customers at Paint and Pro desk areas
- Merchandise CIL paint and stain brands

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Four or more years of sales experience
- Paint or coatings experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
