Lead overnight warehouse operations at Lineage through workforce coordination, shipping documentation, and accurate inventory data management. Work Sunday through Thursday, 11pm to 7am.

This Warehouse Lead Administrator partners with Operations Leadership to complete warehouse functions. You will plan assignments, process orders, coordinate transportation documents, and coach warehouse associates. The work supports service, quality, safety, and productivity standards across daily customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, assign, and direct warehouse associate work
- Process inbound and outbound orders and paperwork
- Coordinate shipping and receiving documents across customers
- Coach warehouse associates and provide feedback
- Audit driver logs and transportation reports

Requirements:

- Administrative experience
- Three years in warehouse or logistics environments
- Experience with material handling equipment
- WMS AS400 experience is a plus
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
