- Support Trip Experts with systems questions and time-sensitive responsibilities
- Conduct research and supplier meetings with Regional Leaders
- Provide field support for trip issues and crisis management
- Train Trip Experts during presearch, quality assurance, and PSUs




- Review Ascent materials and itineraries for accuracy

Requirements:

- Two or more years of applicable-market Trip Expert experience
- Extensive trip-leading experience in the applicable market
- Expertise in Ascent, Ride with GPS, and related systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to spend most of the season in-market
