This Accounts Payable Analyst role requires at least five years of accounts payable experience, preferably in high-volume environments. You will process supplier transactions, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies. The position also supports reporting, month-end close, and workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process high-volume transactions for suppliers and subcontractors
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Reconcile tickets, rates, quantities, and billings
- Prepare payments through EFT, wires, and cheques
- Generate Excel reports and data uploads

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of accounts payable experience
- Postsecondary Accounting or Finance education
- Solid Excel, lookup, pivot, and data management skills
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
