Lead production execution in Surrey as an Operations Supervisor, using safety, quality, and efficiency metrics in a fully in-office workplace. Guide work-center teams toward takt time and schedule targets.

At IEM, this first-line people leader oversees a defined value stream and reports to the Operations Manager. You will manage Team Leads and Operators while maintaining flow, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality output aligned with KPIs. The work includes coordination across Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily production execution against safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators
- Track output, defects, rework, attendance,



and downtime metrics
- Coordinate work-center readiness with cross-functional teams
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Coaching and performance management skills
- Root cause analysis knowledge, including 5 Whys and fishbone
- Understanding of Lean, 5S, and visual factory principles
- Conflict resolution and feedback skills
- Ability to prioritize in production environments
