You will support reliable platforms through application assistance, software delivery, testing, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for internal and third-party applications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Participate in on-call and after-hours incident support
- Design, develop, test, implement,

- Create operational and technical documentation

Requirements:

- Information Technology degree or diploma and three years’ experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of application support and software development practices
- Working knowledge of SQL, DB2, Oracle, and Informix
- Exposure to AIX and AS400 environments
