Provide personal care as a Health Care Aide with Winnipeg Regional Health Authority’s Home Care Program in Winnipeg, working in person.

This full-time clinical position supports clients through secure, effective care that respects comfort, privacy, and dignity. The work requires communication, critical thinking, organization, and independent or team-based practice. A recognized Health Care Aide course is required, with community travel between clients’ homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe, effective personal care for clients
- Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload
- Transfer and transport patients and equipment
- Travel between clients’ homes as required

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
- Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support training when required
- Basic Microsoft Word and Outlook computer skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and travel
