You will create service orders, estimate costs and work time, calculate charges, process invoices, and communicate updates. The position also involves warranty interpretation, parts research, and accurate repair documentation for truck and trailer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate
- Excellent customer service and solid communication skills
- Microsoft Office and standard office equipment proficiency
- Mechanical aptitude and basic service shop understanding preferred
- Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
