This Transportation Clerk supports OPENLANE’s logistics team with transportation services and related administrative work. The position includes entering vehicle information, dispatching drivers, arranging transportation carriers, and responding to inquiries. You will also coordinate vehicle movements, complete paperwork, investigate discrepancies, and communicate with customers and subcontractors. Experience with logistics or general administration is welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter vehicle, location, and document information accurately
- Dispatch loads for correct Vehicle Logistics Center arrival




- Complete paperwork supporting vehicle transportation transactions
- Respond to customer, internal, and subcontractor inquiries
- Investigate discrepancies and communicate timely updates

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related experience or education
- Comfort using Google Suite and company systems
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
