Officially titled Fulfilment Operations Coordinator, this position supports IKEA’s behind-the-scenes supply process. You will coordinate picking, packing, loading, unloading, replenishment, safety, and daily routines. The work focuses on availability, efficiency, productivity, and customer-focused order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead picking, packing, loading, unloading, and replenishment
- Perform fulfilment tasks within agreed customer-focused timelines
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe fulfilment areas
- Ensure safety requirements, procedures, and training compliance




- Supervise processes and act on improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Degree in economics, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Equivalent retail or logistics experience with proven results
- Experience using technical equipment and operational systems efficiently
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong asset
