Technical recruiting at Firecrawl means owning full-cycle hiring across engineering, research, go-to-market, and G&A.; Work hybrid from San Francisco or Toronto.

As an in-house recruiter, you will run multiple hiring channels as one funnel. You will partner with hiring managers, agencies, AI recruiting partners, and sourcing tools. The work spans technical sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, closing, and recruiting operations. You will report to the Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own recruiting partners, agencies, referrals, sourcing, and inbound
- Brief partners and calibrate submissions against each hiring bar
- Source directly when channels underperform for difficult roles
- Run screening, scheduling, references, offers, and candidate closing




- Track funnel metrics and maintain Ashby pipelines and reporting

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Closed technical hires at a startup
- Experience recruiting backend, infrastructure, ML, or developer-tools engineers
- Agency or sourcing-partner management experience
- Fluency with Ashby or a comparable ATS and daily AI tools
