Registered Practical Nurses deliver planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care under provincial standards. You will support residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams through communication, care planning, documentation, and personalized services. The role also includes coaching unregulated care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care

Requirements:

- Current provincial registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Solid written and oral communication abilities
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Current Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Background Check, or willingness to obtain
