Duties: This position performs skilled maintenance and repair work in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and electronic trades at or near the journeyperson level. Employees perform a variety of maintenance, repair and alteration work generally across more than one trade, to bring structures, systems and equipment back into usage or to keep them operating efficiently. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Graduation from high school supplemented by a one-year post-secondary course in a particular building, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical trade. Applicants must also have experience in a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry trade. Equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered. NAPE

Salary:
