Provide direct resident care at Bayfield Manor Retirement Home in Kemptville, Ontario, using care planning and documentation skills. This is a casual vacancy.

As an Unregulated Care Provider, you will address residents’ physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Southbridge Care Homes operates retirement communities and long-term care homes across Ontario. You will report to the Director of Wellness while supporting residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with direct personal and nursing care for residents
- Provide emotional and social support to residents and families
- Provide palliative care support when required
- Work with multidisciplinary team members to meet resident needs

Requirements:

- Care planning systems and documentation knowledge and experience
- Positive communication with staff, residents, and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and write English and understand instructions
- Negative vulnerable sector check and completed two step TB test
