As an Enterprise Real Estate Workplace Ambassador, you will provide visible, mobile support throughout the office. You will manage café operations, prepare meeting rooms, assist colleagues, and support workplace events. The role combines office administration, hospitality, facilities coordination, and colleague engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms
- Manage inventory and restock café and coffee supplies
- Conduct floor checks and coordinate facility or technology requests
- Support events through setup, catering coordination,



and on-day assistance
- Welcome visitors and provide wayfinding throughout the workplace

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in administration, hospitality, or workplace services
- Ability to remain active and visible across multiple floors
- Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds
- Microsoft Office proficiency and robust communication skills
