SGGG Fund Services is seeking an entry-level Trust Banking Officer reporting to the Manager, Trust Banking Officer. You will provide back-office administration while using Microsoft Excel, communicating efficiently, and supporting customer service. This is not an accounting or finance stream role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make wire payments and process EFTs
- Prepare and issue cheques for invoices and trades
- Confirm Fundserv N$M payments process successfully
- Produce and deliver daily settlement reports
- Reconcile trust statements and investigate account breaks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or higher
- One year financial services experience or transferable experience
- Reliability, accountability, and strong attention to detail
- Excel proficiency and simple math calculation skills
- Efficient communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
