Key Responsibilities:

- Performavarietyofclericaldutiestosupportthesmoothoperationofthehospital.
- Maintainandupdatepatientrecordswithaccuracyandconfidentiality.
- Assistinthecoordinationofappointmentsandschedulingforvariousdepartments.
- Ensureeffectivecommunicationbetweendepartments,staff,andpatients.
- Manageincomingandoutgoingcorrespondence,includingemailsandphonecalls.
- Supporttheadministrativeneedsofthehealthcareteamasrequired.

Requirements/Qualifications:





- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;additionalqualificationsinofficeadministrationareanasset.
- CompletionofMedicalTerminologyCourse
- Previousexperienceinaclericaloradministrativerole,preferablyinahealthcaresetting.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandfamiliaritywithelectronichealthrecordssystems.
- Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- BilingualisminEnglishandFrenchisrequired.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminafast-pacedenvironment.
