As a Senior Project Manager, you will support parties throughout the life cycle of Web mandates under Team Lead supervision. The work covers sample-only, full service, IHUT, and Bulletin Board projects. Success requires market research experience, technical knowledge of web mandates, customer service expertise, and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily web project activities and timelines
- Coordinate internal teams, external providers, sample, and fieldwork
- Conduct feasibility analyses and recommend sampling strategies




- Review web questionnaires and resolve quality issues
- Monitor project costs and address budget discrepancies

Requirements:

- At least two years operational market research experience
- At least five years project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions
- Technical knowledge of relevant project management and IT tools
